Polite Society was established in early 1997 as a hobby business. Lynn Rankin, an historic re-enactor, wanted to expand her wings beyond her historic time periods by combining her love of tea, etiqeutte and women’s studies.  She offers a variety of programs and hands on classes to fit any style or length of time. Offering lectures from 15 minutes to one hour; presentation from one to two hours and full day programs, Polite Society can fit your schedule.
